The  work environment  is the human and physical environment in which daily work takes place, which influences staff satisfaction and directly affects productivity levels.

 

Its measurement allows to identify the satisfaction of the internal customer to take timely corrective measures and retain the collaborators.

Organizational Culture  becomes the means to achieve job satisfaction, therefore, Culture and Climate are binding. 

We can define Job Satisfaction as a pleasant state. The result of subjective perceptions related to experiences at work.  When these perceptions are common to most employees, it merits a deep analysis, of WHAT IS SAID or WHAT IS DONE to have generated such perception.
