Today for you,
Tomorrow for me
Solidarity campaign in the face of the COVID-19 crisis
Unifying Forces
Facing the COVID-19 Crisis
Facing the challenge of COVID-19 with over 10 years of experience as the Head of the Psychological Unit in the Emergency Plan of Mariscal Sucre International Airport and supported by certifications in Human Factors (IATA - USA) and Crisis Management (NOVA - National Organization for Victim Assistance - USA), I decided to take an active role during this pandemic by leading the comprehensive campaign "Hoy por ti, mañana por mí" (Today for you, tomorrow for me).

This initiative included webinars, consultations, and free talks, as well as the production of 8 educational videos exploring various aspects related to the crisis, emotions, and associated behaviors. Additionally, we brought to life an inspiring song titled "Que brille la Luz" (Let the Light Shine). The impact was notable, with an average of 100,000 views on social media and numerous messages of gratitude. More than just a proactive response to the crisis, this campaign represents a tangible manifestation of my strong belief in the importance of using our knowledge to serve others, providing tools, understanding, and hope to those affected. Together, we demonstrated that mutual support is the key to overcoming the toughest challenges.
Crisis management the evolution of emotions and how to deal with them.
How to boost your spirits during the crisis, leadership over oneself and self-motivation.
the good, the bad and the ugly, the inequalities of companies despite facing the same enemy (the corona virus).
Why what is forbidden is attractive. The reasons why people ignore confinement restrictions even putting their lives at risk.
Teleworking - both sides of the coin: A dream for some and hell for others.
Survivors, the drama of those who suffered during the COVID-19 crisis and were still lucky to tell it, in relation to those who lost everything.
The resilience, the guidelines to emerge victorious from a crisis without falling into victimhood.
"Let the Light shine"song written, produced and sung by Rafaela Gutiérrez. An initiative that sought to help express the emotions that enveloped us during the most critical moments of the pandemic, just as artists did after the Second World War.
A bold leader
breaks the chains of routine and daily pressure, emerging from the myopia that envelops them. Innovation flourishes when the necessary time is granted for strategic thinking.

Shaping Future Leaders
After recognizing the urgent need for a more coherent leadership style in organizations, I took an active role in defining a strategy that contributes to transforming the DNA of leaders to forge a better world. My approach as a passionate idealist has materialized in the creation of disruptive programs that trigger change from the deepest levels. I specialize in designing immersive simulations that unveil the imperceptible, highlighting the metamorphoses necessary for profound change.
I seek leaders who add value, who are transformational, sustainable, inclusive, empathetic, and, above all, more human. My mission is to inspire and shape future leaders, providing them with the skills and perspectives necessary to fulfill my purpose. Each initiative represents a step toward my ultimate goal: unleashing a domino effect that extends far beyond the imaginable.
The eyes see, but the mind interprets;
therefore, we must start by changing our thoughts and the environment that influences them.

I lead a life full of action, in the style of Mission Impossible..
The key to transforming cultures lies in emotionally connecting with leaders, who can play roles as both heroes and villains in this business narrative. Many leaders follow trends and accumulate knowledge; they know what to do, but they don't fully understand how or, even more crucially, why.
My mission is to alter these perceptions, generating profound behavior changes and triggering a domino effect.
