Methodology

Sessions can be face-to-face or online. GLOBAL-TRUE-ADVISORS has private rooms if required.

ONBOARDING AND NEEDS ASSESSMENT SESSION    

  • WHAT do you want to develop

  • Goal planning

  • Confidentiality Guidelines

  • Agreement between the parties for norming the activity to be carried out

  • INITIAL EVALUATION exclusively when the case merits

SESSION IN ACTION 

  • Sessions of 2 to 3 hours (Number  and duration to be agreed, depending on the established objective)

  • Informal accompaniment via phone or whatsapp, between sessions

  • Post-session actions or tasks to be developed by the mentee

​CLOSING SESSION

  • Recapitulation of topics covered
